Virtual Banking
At Superior Credit Union, we're always open for business, even when our branches are closed. Along with ATM service, we offer our members access to their accounts through telephone and internet. Log onto the internet and access MemberDirect®, or pick up your phone and dial SuperLink, our easy to use phone banking service.
MemberDirect® Internet Banking
Your account with Superior Credit Union is available 24 hours a day through our MemberDirect® On Line Banking. Just follow the on-line banking link from our website. A Personal Access Code is required and is easy to obtain at any of our branches.
SuperLink Telephone Banking
SuperLink provides the flexibility to complete your banking at your convenience: evenings or weekends, from home, from the office or even if you are out of town. No parking to find, no traffic to fight and no standing in line. The choice is yours!
Telephone banking is as simple as using a touch tone telephone. Simply phone 623-2666 in Thunder Bay or toll free 1-866-224-9963 from anywhere in North America (except Alaska or Hawaii), and a friendly voice will take you through the steps to complete your transactions.
How does it work?
Our phone banking option uses Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology to put you in direct contact with your account details. Your call is processed in Thunder Bay, and the information you are accessing is in 'real-time'. Any transactions you make are processed on your account and the balances you ask for are current.
The voice on the other end of the line will take you through our easy to use menus and help you to get your banking done. If you have a problem or question, you can contact your branch directly or leave a message on Super Link and have someone contact you.
What can you do with Telephone Banking?
- Inquire about account balances
- Transfer funds
- Check deposits, withdrawals and cleared checks
- Check on deposit and loan interest and US exchange rates
- Pay utility, tax and other bills to more than 300 companies Canada wide, including monthly source deductions to Canada Customs and Revenue Agency
- Leave a message for staff
All these services and more are available through Telephone Banking and it's free! All you need is a touch-tone phone and a SuperLink password.
How do I sign up for Telephone Banking?
To ensure your account is secure, we do ask that you come into a branch to get your access code. Tell one of our staff that you want to have your accounts set up and they can do it at the counter.
More Questions?
If you have questions about how telephone banking works, please call any Superior Credit Union Branch during regular business hours or ask any of our staff the next time you're in.
