AS OF MONDAY, FEBRUARY 24TH, COPPERFIN MEMBERS RESIDING IN OUR EASTERN BRANCH AREAS (THUNDER BAY, MARATHON AND SCHREIBER) WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND INTERAC E TRANSFERS. You will not be able to send or receive e-transfers until our banking system merge has been completed, on Monday, March 10th. If you require assistance with a transfer sent prior to Monday, February 24please call your closest branch location at your earilest convenience.
On March 7th, 8th and 9th we will be merging our banking systems together. Starting on March 7th at 4 p.m. Eastern Time our online banking and telephone banking systems will be unavailable and you may experience difficulties with your Debit Card and Global Payment MasterCard.
On March 7th all ATMs in our Eastern Branch locations (Thunder Bay, Schreiber and Marathon) will be down for the day. Please be prepared with alternative means of payment ahead of time. Our staff will be happy to assist you to ensure you are prepared.

To report a lost or stolen Member Card® during regular business hours, please contact any Copperfin Credit Union branch. To report a lost or stolen Member Card®, credit union Mastercard after business hours please call 1-800-567-8111.
